Nope. Bigfoot is usually defined as a North American mystery hominid. The Yeti is generally localized to the Asian mountain ranges.
There's actually a host of mystery apes and hominids throughout the world. You've got your Florida Swamp Ape, the Malaysian Pandak, the Yahoo of Australia, just to name a few. Seems like every culture has their own version of a mystery hairy man. Thing is, these cryptids arguably have the most non-eyewitness/tangible proof for existing, but no one's ever found a body.
