OMG !Bush Declares Himself Dictator During Catastrophic Emergency

I'm thinking Bush is getting ideas from watching the Star Wars prequels.

1: Rise to power by starting a war.
2: Get more executive powers by declaring emergency.
3: Have a gullible and an easily manipulated fool your side.
4: Dissolve existing governing bodies and create new offices.

Lots of plot similarities here.
I can see it now; Darth W and his apprentice Darth Chainy. I wonder when he'll spout the line, "I am the senate."
