Doug is right. You guys will need an HRV to remove the humidity. If you have a two story house this is the only way to go. It attaches to your existing duct work so it will remove moist air from all over the house. I have one of these units in my house. Unforyunetely you will have to have somebody come down and drill 2 holes through your house walls to get fresh air in. the rest is a fairley easy install if you are somewhat mechanically inclined.
