The shipment is at the Edmonton airport, but it is stuck at customs.
2 issues. 1. They tried to clear it through my company, not through FedEx. That is solved, I faxed them authorization to clear through FedEx 2. No commercial invoice was included in the shipment. I am in the process of getting one filled out and faxed to them so they will release it.
