Crabs, Yeah you are crazy jk, no there are no sunrise sunset settings, just staggered on off settings.

I originally wanted to put flow through the pipes, but decided it wasnt needed after all the holes were in.
Yes, i think thats a good idea on tank with not enouph flow.
