USPS is a flat $5 brokerage fee + GST + PST (if applicable)
It seems they are very irregular on collecting though. Sometimes you pay sometimes you don't. UPS on the otherhand will nail you everytime. http://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/shi...clearance.html
