Those look like real eagle eyes to me.. Tho they probably won't look that stunning in your tank.. a bit of photoshop to make them pop.

The second picture looks like "emeralds".

There are a few types of markings on the face for zoos.. The Eagle eye is a solid face, but you can get a starburst, mottled, radiant, or even spotted face.
