Ruth is on a distinguished road
Default I'm ready to quit

Before I kill myself. Ok last weekend I had the electrician out because I have to put in a new breaker box because for some reason the one I have is too small. Anyway he had to shut the power off for 3 hours - no problem I fired up my generator and ran my closed loops for flow on both large tanks and the return pump on the 44 cube. For some reason my return pump on my 230g backsyphoned (it has never done this before) and before I noticed it my sump had overflowed onto the floor. In my haste to bail some water out of the sump (not thinking to simply plug the return pump into my generator) I knocked the coralife PC fixture into the sump completely submerging it. Dried it all off and left overnight - plugged it in and........big pop and that is fried. Got the water from the overflowing sump cleaned up and then noticed that one of my tunze 6100 was not working - turns out the controller is crapped out in all but one plugin. Then the next day my controller box on my Tunze 6200 on my 190g tank starts squeeling - after much experimenting it is the powerhead itself.
This weekend I did my usual weekly water change on my 190 and being a good girl I tore the skimmer apart and really cleaned it (gross). I thought I had it dialed in properly so outside I go to fill up bird feeders. Come back in and there is approx. 15 gallons of water that the skimmer has kicked out completely overflowing my collection bucket and - you guessed it - all over my floor! GD it but 10 gallons of water covers a lot of area when it is on the floor. So now I am just sitting at my computor and not moving and not doing anything else - period!
If this belongs in the lounge could a mod please move it. Thanks for reading my rant! Now someone please feel sorry for me and agree to sell me some SPS frags when I am down in Vancouver at Christmas!
