Hi all,
Well it seem a few attending won't have too much time to stay so I think it would be best for all to start around 11 am, have a lunch bbq and frag swap. Then those folks in a rush can depart and everyone is welcome to stay for the day. This timing might be easier for those who are traveling long distances too. (I hope) Cheers!
