I know its not the back pressure causing the leaking. I took off the 90 degree elbow with the flex tubing, the water was still leaking out of the adjusting knob.

If I lower the bubble box, too many bubbles enter the tank. So I like the height of it as it is.
I have emailed Coralife to see what they say, I may end up returning this skimmer for a new one.
