Ok, the power supplies are gone. Thanks to Harv and Beth.

Harv... I'm pretty sure one could run enough fans to make your neighbour's think you have a helicopter landing out on your balcony. I haven't checked the power rating on each power supply, but assuming each one does 100watts... thats a lot of fans
