Have you uploaded it somewhere? If you have all you have to do is hit the IMG button, put the location of the picture in, then hit the IMG button again and hit submit,
it should look like this without the *s then hit submit and you should have a picture up for all to see! [*img*]http://wwwmypicture.com/something.jpg[*/img*]
