My friend Kathy from Calgary used to get people cross to the other side of the street when she walked her dogs. Her dogs were:
a ****-a-poo (Yogi) & a tri-colour Cocker Spaniel (BooBoo). Now that's ignorance. Yogi was almost human  & you mainly had to worry about BooBoo being so happy to see you that she'll pee all over your pant legs  I didn't believe her until I took her dogs for a walk (on leash) and saw these reactions for myself.
