I need a Heater and a Light.

I need the following for a freshwater set-up POST HASTE!!

* Submerisble heater for a 20g (100w?)
* Sword Plant-growing intense light set-up for a 30g (dimensions 12.5 x 36'). If you can help me out, you would be my new best friend...
