In my 100g, I have a Tunze Stream 6060 (1600 gph), an Eheim Pro II (200 gph), a Rio 1400 (400 gph), a AC 300 (300 gph), and a Mag 5 (250 gph after head loss). That should be a rated 2700 gph and my fish love surfing in front of the new tunze. Of course, I only have a few hardy softies in there & nothing that's in direct flow of a PH or filter outflow.
Compared to the ocean currents & tides, what we provide in our tanks is nothing. JME & O Anthony |
