A bit of both.
I feel they can benefit from a squirt of phyto/zoo or marine snow now and again for diversity. Sometimes I will target some coral with some mysis or a krill pellet when my nephews visit. Its a bit of a shotgun approach, even with regard to schedule. Now that I have drastically oversized my skimmer, I might move to a more consistent feeding cycle.
