I bought a pulley cord on eBay for like 5 dollars. They are used for grow lights and work great

Here you go, s'more, heavy duty, especial for suspending grow lights! Max weight 150 lbs for less than 10 bucks a pair. You'll need to deal with extra rope hanging about & make sure you hit a stud in the ceiling or she'll come a crashin' down.

i use sailing gear eyelets and cleats, no actual pulleys though.
