FREE: 70W metal halide light system

For free:

1x Hellolights 70W reflector, spraypainted black
1x NAIS electronic 70W ballast w/ DIY soldered and shrinkwrapped electrical connections - held up fine for about 10 years without issue.
1x DIY light holder (electrical conduit). Approximately 54" tall and extends about 12".

Recently, the bulb would fire up, come on and then sporadically turn off throughout the day, only to turn on later. I'm not sure what was going on. Could be a faulty bulb (cheap eBay bulb that should be replaced anyways), could be that the ballast is going. It has been a pretty bomb proof system up to this point. Condition-wise everything seems to be fine other than the issues I described.
