AI hydras

Hey All,

I'm running two AI Hydras & for the last couple of months one of my hydras doesn't come on atleast once a week. I'm running the program schedule through the Apex & it shows connected but it isn't. To correct this I have to unplug & plug back in the power source. Which works but happens again within a few days or so.

Any thoughts?

i honestly know nothing about apex, but....

is hardward/ software up to date?

have you tried running them on a director? If so does this issue occur also?
