Default Can I fix a leak underwater with epoxy putty?
Can I stick a little of my epoxy to fix a leak so I don't have to drain the whole tank just to resell with caulking.

Probably not. Is the leak around a bulk head? Or a tank seam?

Temporarily, sure. Permanently? I wouldn't do that.

You need to fix a seam properly and sooner than later.
