I just built a 5ft tank as well and the specs for these LEDs look promising. 2 fixtures for around $200+. They r very similar to the ever grow but half price n uses bridgelux.

I have some cheaper chinese led. Their not bad but i want something a little more low profile. Thanks tho

The best price I've seen for the older model Kessil A350N's (not controllable with controller) was $229USD at Innovative Grow Lights plus an additional 10% discount ($206.10USD) and free shipping to a US address. The price has just recently gone up to $249USD but they still have 10% discount. The Canadian dollar has dropped a lot recently though. Not sure if this is in your budget.
