BRS dual reactor and air bubbles

My BRS dual reactor keeps on out putting bubbles into my sump and the noise is driving me insane. Sometimes it seems to work fine bit sometimes it just keeps outputting bubbles.

I've checked all the hose connections and they are tight. I cleaned the threads on the canisters and the unit and re assembled it but to no avail.

It must be pulling air in somewhere but I can't figure it out.

Has anybody else had this problem?

On mine I use granular GFO and I find that I need to open water pressure all the way and then quickly lowered it down to push trapped air out. I dont notice bubbles so much but it gurgles a bit .
