Ig Nobel Awarded for Fish Flatulence Study

Wow! There was a study on fish flatulence that won the prestigious Ig Nobel Award (actual award is a box of cereal ) According to the article, the scientist heard "rasping noises at night" which prompted the discovery of the flatulence:

If only I had known about the study, I would have contacted the guy in charge to tell them I'd seen our blue sided wrasse fart a couple of months ago. Didn't hear any noise from the fish, just a few little bubbles released from it's, well, you know where Strange, but true
