Just wanted to thank J&L and more specifically Jeff for taking care of me. I recently placed two orders (one for the Kessil A160W-E!) and another for some various reef stuff. My other order was below the threshold for free shipping, which i'm okay with as shipping is very reasonable IMO - and I didn't want to wait for everything as the Kessil was pre-order.

About an hour after I ordered, Jeff phoned me asking if I wanted to combine my orders to save on shipping.

How awesome is that?!
