Yup else mode goes from 0-100% in a random sequence. I use 4, 10's for that very reason. The 25's were just to much or I had to run them on a low setting wave mode.

You used to be able to buy a separate variable speed power supply for the Jebao powerheads to set the max speed. They were around $12 at Reef Supply but now they no longer carry them. Not sure if they are still available elsewhere.
