LF: Live or Dry Rock

Setting up my brother in-laws 40 gallon tank, he has live sand and water in it but now needs some rock. Looking to put in 40-50lbs of either live or dry or a combination of both.

PM me with what you have pics would be nice to see as well. Include a price.
