replacement pump for BM Curve 9

hello,
after month of use pump on my skimmer died, there is short circuit somewhere in it (breaker popping up) no visible cracks on housing so i don't know what happened, bought second hand no recipe. Problem is i cant find replacement for it, it seems no one sells that pump in Canada. Any idea where to get ROCK SP4000 pump, or what other pump can be used to replace it???
