two large power heads 802s etc
fluidized bed filter the one you hang on the side ,merlin seaclone etc
magnum 350
300W heater
used euipment is totally fine price is a issue please keep this in mind,

You can get cinder blocks at Home Depot for like $1.95 last time i looked.

Just came back from Home Depot.

15cm Blocks are$ 1.77

20cm blocks are $ 2.67

Pretty cheap alternative to a stand if you can put up with the ghetto look.
