Default Glue or no glue

I have just finished dry fitting the durso standpipe and return line in the internal overflow box and just wanted to know if it would be alright to leave it as is or should i glue all the pieces together. The bulkheads are threaded on the inside and i used teflon tape on the threads of the bulkhead adapters.

Thanks
John

John, I find it best just to leave the pieces stuck together via friction. Makes cleaning and removing easier in the future.
