Default Covering sump

Hi again and again
I was curious is it ok to cover the sump??? The reason why im asking is i had sound alot of crap in my sump on my moved to another room found staples and twist tie dunno how they got in there but they musta been in there for a while.

Azilla,

If you have small kids in the house maybe that is how things got into your sump. I use magnetic door locks on my cabinet stands to keep the little varmints out.

By the way did you ever track down any Chaetomorpha?

I coverd mine and the only thing is being the tanks and sump are covedred it keeps alot of the heat in so i had to raise the lights a little.
