I have similar lights from the same manufacturer . I had 2x250 mh & switched to 2 x 55x3w lights on a 4' 120g & I'm impressed so far & it's only been 2-3 weeks . The corals do love them but haven't tried sps on the bottom of the tank but middle & top are doing nice !!! I have a mixed reef & everything has colored up .

Heyy guys selling a coralife protein skimmer rated for 40 gallons for $50 buks

And im selling a vertex in100 for $115 - SOLD

Also selling two LED units they have 55 X 3 watts Leds...blue are on a seperate dimmer aswell as the white are on a seperate dimmer...they have two uvb bulbs aswell...each unit has a lcd screen that is fully programable. You can set the blue to come on after or before aswell as the white..timers are fully programable to ur taste...ask away if u have any questions for the lights...im asking for around 250 each for the unit....will give better deal if u buy both
