![]() I have a plain brown Digi in the center of my tank, and he's grown quite large. Wondering can one just slice off the excess in the tank? he's on a main keystone rock that will be almost impossible to remove without complete tank upset
Atleast I think it's a Digi? Kinda softish skeleton. Not like Zoa's or mushrooms soft, But can bend him Kinda. Can see him here in center of tank. Sorry bad pic ![]()

![]() +1. I think it is a finger leather. You can just slice it in the tank no problem and use an elastic band to attach it to a rock if you want to frag it. Run some carbon after you do it if you want to be on the safe side but you will be fine without it.

![]() OK Finger leather sounds more like it cause I've never had luck with SPS in m y tank. This one came with the tank 3 years ago. Was 1/4 the size then LOL

![]() The problem with cutting leathers is the toxins they release in the water.
I wouldn't do it without running carbon in a reactor first. |
