Default Anyone familiar with Arduino?

Hey,

Recently I have became more and more interested in Arduino projects/robotics. Anyone already using these boards and fluent in the C++ coding? I know lots of stuff is just precode and you just load the code but I am starting to brush off the rust from high school from the c++ "Hello-World" -- HAHA right?

Anyways I would like to have someone I can bounce questions off of and turn to for trouble shooting.

Thought I would throw it out there, I'm sure they could be coded and built for the fish world. I can't remember if it was these forums or another that someone was mentioning them.

I thought there were a few people who had made their own controllers on the Arduino platform. Was sorta tempted myself at one point (although haven't done it yet).

Good luck and have fun, share with us whatever you end up doing!

Doug (pinhead) is a pro and I'm not half bad, though it's been a few months since my last arduino build.

There are a few solutions, this one comes to mind first:

There is a long thread on UKREEFS that details a full controller... can't seem to find it right now.

Hey Hazratty, how have you made out with this? I've been looking into this for trying to get my LED drivers to dim to 0 but have yet to make the jump into buying a board. I've looked at adafruit's pages and products and read most of ladyada's tutorial's. I might buy their starter pack and fiddle with it a bit.
I'm curious what board to be looking to get. Any progress you've made and would be willing to share would be awesome.
