Default Nikon d5000 questions

Just wondering if anyone eles has one of these modles I'm lookin at takein pictures of my tank and want to know what's the best lens to get. I have a 55-200 and a 18-55 lens but neither at any good at takeing tank pictures. Thanks

I am using a 300mm f4 for macro and wildlife photography. The 200mm macro lens would be even better for macro but I only have so much money. Stick with Nikon glass, quality will be noticeably better. Also get a quality tripod as it is a must with macro.
