I got them from the manufacture, they need to be wired and driven by a LED driver. If you just want the bare LED's you can get them at many online retailers.

I wanted to test out the LED fixtures I got, so I thought i'd see how bright one fixture would look on my tank.
 Not super bright, however I'm planning on using 5 of these fixtures on my 5g fuge which i'm sure will be more than enough.

LED vs. VHO Actinic
Assuming the cost is not prohibative, do you all think blue LEDs could replace actinic VHOS?
What wattage (est. watts/gal) of LED would replace 12ft of T12 VHO? Could someone post the manufactures URL. Thanks
