Question Help! White spots and True/False Percula question!

My one clownfish a True percula Iv had for a year now has developed very recently a few white bump or spots on him and im wondering what the heck they are I havent introduced anything new in the tank although I had a Fluval fail on me which spooked (From the noise) one of the two fish to the point where it turned almost all white not sure which one it was that was about 2-3 weeks ago. Im not sure if its bites from the mate or ich or what it is but nothing new has been added to the tank in the past 2 months. Below is a photo of him with the spots.

The second question is will a true and false percula breed IE lay eggs I have had both in the tank since they were tiny but just recently relised one is false and the other is true. They get along great and host an anemone. Below is a photo of the two of them.

That is not ich. It's too big to be ich. could be some other parasites. Without proper identification, I would suggest leaving them alone. Clown fish are tough and they will get over it. Are they still eating and acting normally otherwise?
Percula and ocellaris (true and false percula fish) can hybrid but it's very difficult. Hybrid of those 2 are commercially available but not widely.
