Default Feeding DT's Phytoplankton

Ok so I finally broke down and bought some DT's. Should I turn the skimmer off when I feed it?

Cheers,

Al

I leave it going as the amount that gets taken out by your skimmer is not a b ig deal, especialy if you are runing a sump with the skimmer off the sump.

as for powerheads and such leave them on for DT's so it gets dispersed faster.
