Default Cute clown...

My clowns were hosting my frogspawn but the male has relocated to my button coral. Over the past while, he's gone from sleeping under it, to sleeping right in the middle of it, the female sleeps under it now. Tonight I'm feeding my corals some silversides and a piece gets loose from the button, so the clown catches it and try's feeding the underside, food floats away, he catches it, takes it back underneath, floats away again. This went on for about 5 mins until the radiant wrasse caught the food and bolted. This made me laugh so I'd thought I share...the clowns reaaaaallllly need a nem! Will post a pic later.

Some pics. Had to sneak up so I didn't wake him. I thought he was being eaten, but he came out, swam for a second, then settled back in. This guy is my fave, he was beat up when I got him and the smallest in the tank at the LFS. Plus he has tail fin is partially black, which was different from all the others. In the first pic, you can see the little female sleeping underneath the button.

Its so funny what a clown will host in, my little clown LOVES my Fuzzy Green Mushrooms mainly because the other 2 clowns will not let him in the Anemone.

I am amazed all the time at the relationships between all these animals and I've only seen what happens in my tank, it boggles my mind what life in the ocean must be like! I know clowns hosting is pretty cool, loads of beautiful photos on this forum, but I feel like a kid a Christmas every time I see something like this. Just so amazing the life we bring into our little glass boxes.

I was at ( not naming it ) LFS today to buy a cheap tank
I perused the salt section and not to get off topic but, their systems are horrendous
What I did like was a very large ( football-sized ) nem with probably a dozen percs swimming all through it. Very cute

RC had a bunch of baby clowns a couple weeks ago, Kevin would hold his hand to the tank and they'd all bunch up in a ball, was pretty cool too! That many clowns in a nem sounds awesome!
