I did the same, but I have a single actinic for dawn/dusk, I can't count that as light. It's on 8am to midnight..

I'm trying to find the best cycle aswell... What are the Benifits to a longer day vs a shorter day?... I will have 4 t5 ho 2 are blue and 2 are white

My dawn/dusk is handled by the seasonal programming built into my apex but it basically varies it from 11 to 13 hours total over the year. I run my MH for a constant 9h/day throught the year.
