Oh ya forgot salinity its at 1.025, I havent checked the others you mentioned, I have no live rock im at a pause here do I add live rock first or a few fishs? I also use culligan water from safeway, has taken quite a few trips to get tank 3/4 full but worth it I dont beleve my nitrates are bad as I have not added any food to the tank yet.

yes you need live rock, people usually go with 1lb per gallon of water... give or take! and you need to test the rest first! add rock... let the tank sit and then add fish a few weeks after the rock. I can send you a set-up guide for saltwater if you'd like. Nothing happens quickly in saltwater... take ur time and research as much as possible first
