Question Dwarf lionfish sting other fish????

Just wondering if anyone has a a dwarf lionfish sting another fish before. If you have (or think you have) did it leave a mark on the fish? swell up? did the fish that got stung die from it? Or if anyone can find any info about this, that would be great.

Basically I found my orange spot blenny dead yesterday on Sunday. I looked at his body and it looked perfectly in tact and fine. The day before he died on Saturday he seemed totally healthy, was eating well and acting normal. I'm completely baffled by this, the only thing I can think (Doug suggested it) was that maybe somehow when the blenny was zipping around the tank he bumped into the lionfish (I have a fu man chu) and got stung by it.

I just don't know anyone have any ideas or thoughts?????
