Approx 2-3 inch.

I think they're common - colored urchins based on JL aquatics picture.
One was bought at JL other at King Eds.
Had them for 4 months now.

Located by Nanaimo skytrain. Free most nights.

What have they been grazing on?

It eats every algae it came across in my tank.
Right now they're in my sump cleaning the rocks there and eating lettuce.
