I knew someone would say it.
Well I knew this would be heavy, but never thought I wouldn't be able to lift it onto the stand by myself, got it into the basement and onto the spare bed. It can stay there for now. Tomorrow, I get the rest of the glass. ![]() ![]()

I hope it doesn't come like that. I should be able to pick it up tomorrow, I'm hoping it looks as good as I think it will. The last couple of new tanks builds on canreef that had a one piece looked amazing.

MDF reacts very poorly to a high moister environment...........it needs to be sealed with a special sealer, then primed, then painted or it will just swell and blow apart.....personally I would use plywood(coming from a carpenter who has made his fair share of tank stands)
