FS 250w MH magnetic ballast

My apologies for not putting enough info in my first post. I didn't realize there would be so many questions.

I have attached a couple fo photo's.

For those inquiring about shipping; this thing is very heavy and bulky and the cost of mailing will likely surpass the cost of the unit itself.

There is a mains plug but no light fixture plug. I had it hard wired and didn't need one. It comes with about 10ft of cord and three bare wires (green, black, white) sticking out of the end. I'm sure any good electrical supply house has replacement plug sets if needed.

Here's what I can read on the ballast sticker. 71A5790 Advance. auto transformer ballast 250w M58 metal halide or h37 mercury lamp. Made in Mexico - technical inofrmation 800-372-3331. I used it to run mogul ended bulbs, I don't know what else it is suitable for.
