why is his mouth always showing if its a bubble coral?

Its not a green cynarina, your bubble coral looks unhealthy, thats why its showing it mouth all the time, Try an area with less flow, also you might just want to take this hobby a bit slower.

Maybe move it away from that brain a bit, might be a bit of chemical warfare going on there.

Yeah, it's a bubble and doesn't look very well at all. It doesn't look like too much flow to me: usually they don't expand in high flow. Like Christy said: move it away from that Brain and see if that helps.

that is what bubble corals look like at night time. It would help by being fed but its not going to die anytime soon. I agree it needs lower light and low flow.

The only reason i could think someone would say that is that both the brain and the bubble are not overly happy in that pic, and there are some signs of cyno growing. What kind of system are you running, and some info on your parameters could help drive suggestions to increase their health. Just a tip when lps corals don’t look full and puffy, feeding can help them get back on track.
