Default Clownfish mouth whitening

Both my clown fish mouths are turning white or at least paler than the orange....Does anyone know what is causing this and what are the remedies...they are both still eating aggressively and no other signs of sickness

Hi,

You wouldn't have a picture...would you ?

Has the orangeness of the Clown (the body of the fish) declined -- like as if they were fading away ?

Also, look carefully around the mouth area...is it just white (like the stripes on its body) or is it a fluffy cotton (like Santa Claus) ?

- Victor.

Is the whiteness around the whole mouth, or is it localized to the lower jaw and underside of the mouth?

And - where do your clowns live? Do they have an anemone or a soft coral they spend a lot of time in?
