help, need 400w test ballast

Hey all,

I need to test the 2nd 400w bulb i got from venki to see if its the bulb or ballast thats faulty. Would anyone be available today for me to come over so we can test the bulb? thanks

You don't need the address, just have the pilot toss you over Victoria and I'll watch for you.

Speaking as an Electrician, it would be as good, or better to try another bulb on the suspected ballast. If neither bulb works, I would suspect the ballast. At least that is the way we used to test them. If another known to be good fluorescent tube did not work, we tossed out the ballsat.

well, i do have the 2nd ballast, but i do not want to touch it for obvious reasons...

If you want to drive to the North, I live up in Covertry Hills. You can try your bulb in my ballast.
