Default Mandarin HELP!!!!!!!

I took a look at my mandarin goby today and noticed that the tip of the "dorsal" fin was white then noticed it has what looks like bike marks on it's swimming fins and has white tips at the tip of the rips, I have only witnesses once of my ocellaris bit it's tails, so I don't know.

My tank in mates includes, mandarin goby, flame angel, bi colour blenny, ocellaris clowns 2, 1 pep. Shrimp, 1 cleaner style shrimp, and two shrimp that resemble coral band shrimp but are not, 1 sea cucumber.
