Are ya ready for yet another stupid tale of mis-fortune by Doug...
Well I bought an ro/di unit a few months back. 75gpd. Wow, that sucker filled a container fast... I didn't notice the least bit improvement in any of my tanks though... "There's money well spent..." I says to myself.
Last week I figured I oughta' change the "guts". Well looky there...the ro membrane chamber is empty. Doh. It's still in the box of replacement filter cartridges. . I have since noticed a dramatic reduction in flow rate. Hmmm, I wonder if that's normal... .

That's not so bad, Doug... at least this story has a major upside, not like some of the others.

Much slower flow is normal, means you are making permeate. I work on industrial size RO's.
