Nice ! Where did you get it ? the rock that is you seem to have all the luck coming across great finds/buys

I've gotten both the purple and blue stuff, before but not much happened.

It's been growing noticeably. Maybe I should put that rock in my sps tank............


I didn't cure the rock for long, it had no real smell and no sponges so I put it directly into the tank under MH. Got the rock at Wais.

Andrew, you just have to go on a regular basis, sooner or later there is a find somewhere !!!!

Some kind of Porites? Nice find.. You don't see blue/purple porites very often.

top and bottom ones looks like glowing embers.. don't remember the scientific name but it's non-photosynthetic. Not an sps either.
